Wonderful staff
The staff was very helpful. They assisted in filling out the forms we needed to use the takyubin transport service to send luggage to a future accommodation. We were given a space , just off the main lobby area where we were able to assemble our bicycles. The breakfast buffet, both Japanese and Western, was varied and delicious.

Large room with large beds, quite rare for Japan
The heating seemed to be running throughout the night so it became a bit stuffy

The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and spacious for 3 Adults, Staff were very helpful and offered great recommendations for restaurants, I also had issues receiving my language from my pervious hotel and the front desk staff really went out of their way to assist me and organized to forward my language to my next hotel when it arrived after I checked out. Parking on site since we hired a car, the car rental place just around the corner so very convenient.
The hotel room is a bit dated and the Bathroom entrance is set higher than the rest of the room so approach with care and lack of charging points.
